Pet Damage Guarantee

For no extra charge to owners under “Full Service” Management, we guarantee your home will not be damaged by any approved pet that DiGioia Realty has screened and placed in your property. When we allow a pet into a home, we utilize a 3rd party partnership that will screen the pets almost as much as we screen our tenants. If approved, the tenant has to pay Pet Administrative Fees (Pet Rent) every month. We then take these fees and use them in covering our costs of administering the program and getting repairs done on your property if an approved pet causes damage. So if a pet in your property causes damage beyond the security deposit,  we cover and additional $1000 of repairs at no cost to you!

• We pay for any damages exceeding the security deposit caused by an approved animal - Damages paid may be up to $1000.
• We partner with a 3rd party organization called PetScreening.com to ensure all pets have current records and validate all Service/Companion Animals.
• DiGioia Realty reserves the right to pursue damages caused by tenants neglect for said amounts covered in this program.
• Human Damages are not covered, nor is normal wear and tear.
• The program does not cover unapproved pets that the tenant concealed from us. However, we will try to recover the pet admin fees that the tenant was required to pay, and if recovered, we would be able to cover the damage then.
